New Oc

I don't remember where I got the brush from; I think it was Ornate Patterns. Either way, if you regonize who made the brush, can you let me know? So I can give appropriate credit. On another note, this is going to be n=one of my oc's for an rp group. It's a wip, obviously. And this isn't even her actual outfit. I'm just practicing.
